Tong Fong Fatt Hainanese Boneless Chicken Rice

Today I am recommending this chicken rice to everyone.
Chicken rice is one of the best food in Singapore. Chicken rice is one of my favorite food too!The special part of the chicken is that you cannot find any chicken bones in the plates.

The rice is very fragrance and nice and the most important thing is that the rice is not oily. The stall served with chilli sauce, dark soy sauce and ginger. I personally likes to add dark soy sauce in to the rice. The chicken is very tender and tasty, and it is very fresh. The moment i start eating the chicken rice i cannot stop myself from eating because it is way to delicious. The chicken rice sells at a reasonable price $2.50 per plate.

Lau Dai Hua Minced Pork Noodles

Lau Dai Hua is a hawker stall that sells their famous specialty minced pork noodles.
For me, I like the chilli very much so I always ask for more chilli.

I had tried the dry and soup noodles.
Both noodles are very tasty the main reason is because of the soup.
This bowl of noodles consider not cheap as compared to others minced pork noodles.
I like the bits of dried sole they added to the wantons.

Note to everyone : I strongly recommend my readers to try out their wantons.
You can either change all the ingredients to wantons or another alternative way is to buy a bowl of wanton. The bowl of wantons you can bought either dry or with soup.
I prefer soups more because I am a soup-lover.

Yong Xin Oyster

Hawker food are items which health conscious people tend to avoid despite them being delicious. This is due to the misconception that hawker food are mostly too oily or unhygienic. The chilli blends well with the hokkien mee, when you are ordering the food remember to take more of the chilli.

The prawns are replenished everyday to ensure freshness.
The portion of the prawns and the cuttlefish are generous, it normally covers the noodle.
The prices of the fried hokkien mee are : $4.80 / $6.80 / $8.80 .
